Young Adventurers Half-Term Club
For £20 per day (or £80 Mon-Fri), your child will enjoy fun, action-packed adventure. . .
The week is focused on introducing 7-11 year olds to the great outdoors, concentrating on safety, fitness, citizenship and confidence whilst playing outside.

All staff are highly qualified within the fields of outdoor skills and youth work.

The drop off and pick up point will be in City Road, Cardiff.
Monday
 - Induction to include icebreaker games etc.
- Navigation and map reading skills, safety awareness.
Tuesday
 - Beach safety, den building.
- Beach sports, kwik cricket, volleyball.
Wednesday
 - Survival skills (adapted to age).
- Woodland skills, safety procedures.
- Shelter building and fire lighting.
Thursday
 - Command tasks.
- Leadership games.
- A selection of activities designed to enhance ability to work within small and large groups, both as leader and team member.
Friday
 - Activity day at Garw-Nant including orienteering, obstacle courses and team sports.
- Award ceremony including certificates and prizes.
